  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and gently toss to distribute the cheese.

Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchini is golden and crispy on the edges.

Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
