Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
Add garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon. Remove from heat.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Add shredded cheddar, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
To assemble the lasagna, spread a small amount of cheese sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce. Add one-third of the meat mixture, drizzle with cheese sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers two more times: noodles, meat, cheese sauce, mozzarella.
Top the final layer with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
