  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Lime zest or lime slices, for garnish

Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars or serving glasses to form a crust layer.

In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until completely smooth and creamy.

Spoon or pipe the filling over the crust in each jar. Smooth the tops.

Top each jar with whipped cream and garnish with additional lime zest or lime slices.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
