Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced turkey pepperoni
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
reheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches wide.
Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of turkey pepperoni.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Place the sealed side down in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of each dough ball with the butter mixture.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
